Our journey began with a first manufacturing plant, equipped with a single 36k CPH SMT line and a RoHS wave soldering machine. A team of 56 dedicated employees laid the foundation for our commitment to quality and excellence.
We implemented SAP to streamline our operations and ensure efficient management.
We expanded our capacity with 50k CPH SMT lines, two wave soldering machines, and a workforce of 350 skilled employees.
A new manufacturing facility, Plant 2, marked a significant step forward in our growth trajectory.
We invested in cutting-edge technology, upgrading to a 540k CPH SMT line, six 3D AOIs and SPIs each, and two 2D AOIs for PTH inspection. To ensure comprehensive testing, we added MDA/ICT and functional/HV testers, alongside potting machines and dedicated box-build assembly lines.
Our team grew to 900+ skilled employees, with a majority trained under the IPC program, guaranteeing industry-leading expertise. We implemented an environmentally regulated Kardex storage solution for optimal inventory management. Plant 3, a three-storied manufacturing facility, further expanded our production capacity.
We implemented a MES-controlled shopfloor for enhanced traceability and process optimization.
Upgrading our ERP to SAP 4HANA ensured digital transformation and real-time data insights.
Our team has grown to 900 employees, continuously demonstrating our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
Anticipating future growth, we have secured a new site, twice the size of our current plant, positioning ourselves for even greater expansion.
